I have returned a coat and used address label that ebay emailed to me. Ididthis on Friday and whenever I try to put "dispatched" it Just says ebay has the tracking number in system-- still states I need to dispatch the item!! Help!!

I initiated a return through ebay. They responded saying print postage label and post to SELLER. I did this. However when I put dispatched it asks for tracking. No tracking on proof of postage. Hence still saying I need to return item. Help!!! .
