I have returned a coat and used address label that ebay emailed to me. Ididthis on Friday and whenever I try to put "dispatched" it Just says ebay has the tracking number in system-- still states I need to dispatch the item!! Help!!
Don't worry, when you use an eBay postage label, the details are entered in the case automatically as soon as the label is scanned at the PO, you don't have to do it.
