Why is there no longer any option for call back? And no phone support! It appears eBay no longer want to talk to us. I will not be buying on eBay again

Seller accepts the return but I can not print the returns label. For 8 days now is still says ....Sorry, we're not able to process the label at the moment. Please try again later. It is utterly infuriating! eBay need to fix this.
