I will no longer be buying clothes from eBay as there is absolutely no phone support or help when Sports Direct claim they have sent me three returns labels for sending me the wrong item but I have not received one label.  They are clearly trying to get away with offloading dead stock on buyers and eBays lack of support is in their favor. There is no way I can complain about this apart from here because there is no optioin for a call back and a pre recorded message on the 0800 number. I've had it with eBay

eBay messages do not go to Spam folders. they appear tn eBay messaging
