Ebay accepted return from a fraudster buyer without my consent

I sold a factory sealed box of vintage Miss Dior. Buyer at first said she did not receive it. Then she remembered she signed the receipt already 1.5 hours ago and thought it would be better to say that inside of the Dior box there were sweets inside....

Another bad trick from ebay incompetent workers. Why did they eliminate the options 'new other' or 'used' per perfumes? Are we supposed to sell just new perfumes on ebay now? What to do with half full bottles which are still new but half left? I hope...
