I'm not receiving any private seller promotions (e.g.sell for £1 max) and haven't seen any in July whereas my wife has received 2 lots of offers (sell for 5% fee arrived today) - has there been a change in policy?

Just tried to relist some fixed price listings and get this warning 'To help you sell your item, fixed price listings can only be listed with a Good 'Til Cancelled duration. The listing duration has been set to Good 'Til Cancelled.' Very poor of Ebay...
