Does anyone know if you can actually speak to Hermes revenue protection
department. They are trying to charge additional amount on my parcel
sent mantel clock pendulum weight approx 300grm. They say weight
2.3kg???
Can some one tell me why we cannot put negative feed back on time
wasters that don’t pay. Once opening a unpaid case. Or why we cannot see
these people waste others time and effort
thanks for this, but i think it would still be effective in there feed
back summary where it registers there positive and neutral etc score to
show that they are non payers but thanks for coming back
