why are ebay allowing buyers to now open cases for items not received even earlier in fact it is probably only 1 day after royal mail state their delivery aim for 2nd class, when royal mail and all other postal companies clearly state on their websit...

are you within your rights to not refund original postage if someone changes their minds on an auction style listing as i know distant selling regulations don't apply to auction style listings just fixed. karen

does anyone know what happens if a seller sends the correct item out but the buyer does a return and states wrong item sent to get free postage they are actually asking for an exchange to a larger size , very annoying
