are you within your rights to not refund original postage if someone changes their minds on an auction style listing as i know distant selling regulations don't apply to auction style listings just fixed. karen
When you refund a buyer you always have to return the total original payment whether you are a business seller or a private seller and however you sell the item.
Nothing to do with the law - eBay rules state this.
