Anyone else having issues printing royal mail post labels? keep getting Label could not be generated. You have not been charged for this label or is it just me?

oh one thing I forgot to say was I did get some fees refunded when I phoned up a few days ago and the ebay agent couldn't understand why the refund fee was incorrect and sent me the credit.
