Wrong eBay fees being refunded ?

I have just started to notice when I refund a customer eBay is not refunded the full amount of the final value fees this has happened a few times now anyone else got this issue or is it just my self? 

 I have to say I'm not impressed with the new fee system great if you have high priced items. But not if you're selling small items ..     a fee of 68p for a £2.48 item !! with free postage  Come on ebay your killing the lower-priced sellers! 

I have asked them to bring in a micropayment plan for anyone that sells lower value items.  I had a micropayment plan with Paypal any item that was under £5 only got charged 5% +5p   maybe this new fee plan is to kill off anyone selling low-value items.  I have been on eBay for 10 years feel extremely let down-dropped and forgotten How could they not think about this before they rolled out this new system 😞

I suspect that ebay are not refunding the 30p fee, just the 12.8%, when paypal used to do full fee refund, they didn't refund the 30p either.

Are aware that if you don't resolve case without ebay stepping in you will also pay an additional fee.

I wasn't aware of an additional fee if ebay steps in!!! where was that fee rule hidden? it feels like its all getting sneaky and confusing with hidden fees here and there. whatever happened to straight forward open and honest fees? now I have to run around the site to collect all the data. you said (( I suspect that ebay are not refunding the 30p fee, just the 12.8%)) if that's the case they should say so and it's totally unfair if it is true as the last 4 refunds have been customer requesting refunds just after they pay for an item when ebay cleverly shows them a cheaper listing! (like a game show awwww look at what you could have won ( but cheaper ) I still dont get that crazy idea why would anyone need to see a listing of what they just bought? ok ok, I'm having a rant! but MY god it's getting so frustrating

oh one thing I forgot to say was I did get some fees refunded when I phoned up a few days ago and the ebay agent couldn't understand why the refund fee was incorrect and sent me the credit.

Dispute fees
If a buyer files a payment dispute, and you’re found responsible for the disputed amount, you’ll be charged a dispute fee by eBay. If you accept the payment dispute and issue a refund, eBay will waive the dispute fee, and you’ll be responsible for the refund amount issued to your buyer.

As you don't give an example I can only have a guess. Ebay are charging as well as the FVF but fees similar to what Paypal Charged. As paypal did not refund any fees perhaps .e are doing likewis 

I can't imagine that Adyn work for nothing so I expect ebay has to pay for their service, without any fee refunds.
