Got a warning from ebay for asking a seller for contact details on a pick for free item. So how am to pick up the item without the contact details?

I had a warning about providing a contact number for an item that was local and I could pick up from the seller. How else was I to arrange pick up with no contact details? The item was only £5 as well so no real risk to me or the seller.
