The buyers funds are on hold on PayPal as it is showing "The buyer
opened a dispute on this transaction. Sign in to your eBay account for
more information on how to resolve it." There is no open dispute I can
see on ebay and the buyer is not replying...
How am I supposed to respond to a claim from a buyer that has been
raised through ebay.com? Every time I select the claim or try to respond
I get taken to a login screen to ebay,com and cannot progress. Thanks
for any help
