My buyer asked to cancel a purchase. I did so and refunded her purchase
price all through ebay. Had a notification that it was cancelled and
refunded but now ebay says it is overdue for posting. I don't know what
to do next.
I left feedback for an item (positive feedback) only to find out a few
days later that the item was faulty. I would like to amend or add to my
original feedback for the seller. Can I do this ?
I returned my items to the seller after being asked to do so as they
were defective.That was nearly 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing
since. The seller does not answer my emails.
I cancelled the order from the buyer requested button. In my listing
which is now in my sold section it says buyer cancelled this order then
right underneath it says item relisted and this item is overdue post
now. This does not make sense.
Thank you for the advice. I cannot open a case as I posted the items
back to the seller using his suggestions which did not involve tracking
or ebay returns. My mistake. Just wanted others to know of my
difficulties getting a refund from this seller.
