I left feedback for an item (positive feedback) only to find out a few days later that the item was faulty. I would like to amend or add to my original feedback for the seller. Can I do this ?
The fact that you have already left feedback does not prevent you opening a "Not As Described case".
You always open a case, poor feedback should only be left after the seller has had a chance to resolve the problem, and should reflect HOW efficiently the seller dealt with the problem.
Never just ruin a seller's record until you have given the seller an opportunity to resolve.
you can't change the feedback you have left but you can add a follow up
have you opened a not as described case in the Resolution Centre?
