I sold a compilation CD and the buyer left me neutral feedback as they
didn't like the music! I asked ebay to remove the feedback as it is
unfair but they refused. How can it be that I get neutral feedback for
something that is not in my control?
I had some of my listings as GTC as I assumed that when they were
auto-relisted they would just use the 100 free listings a day. I now see
that in fact I've been charged insertion fees for these. Why is that?
