The couriers we use Parcel2go have lost (even cancelled a couple ) of
our parcels. we look bad on ebayHow do we convince them it wasnt our
faultobviously we are outta pocked as we have to reefund but why would
our performance be affected
I know they are useless. We do a great job and a courier lets us down
the customer takes it personally and we get stupid dashboard defects
