The couriers we use Parcel2go have lost (even cancelled a couple ) of our parcels. we look bad on ebay
How do we convince them it wasnt our fault
obviously we are outta pocked as we have to reefund but why would our performance be affected
eBay do not care,,,,,P2G are not a courier......just like eBay SHUTL they are a discount booking service......the problem is thart cheap means you buy a poorer service.......just like SHUTL.......P2G take a cut......so with an already cheaper service you can imagine that you get a worse service than booking direct with the courier......
Not all couriers are as bad as each other.......Hermes are one of the worst while Yodel (HDN, Collect+) are the worst......you get what you pay for
As a seller I will only ever use Royal Mail or at a push with larger items perhaps UPS......as a buyer if I see "courier" then I find a different seller !!
For what you sell I have found DPD to be the best !! Someone smashed my wife's car wing mirror off......found one at a breaker on eBay....ordered at 1pm, got updates all afternoon inc tracking....got updates from DPD inc a delivery window notification & the item was delivered within that window less than 24 hours after ordering........best of it was that the seller was offering inclusive P&P.....so it cannot have been a mega expensive service
