Are there any charities on here that receive funds through eBay for Charity/PPGF since the new system started? If so, can you please explain to me how it works from your end e.g. how do you receive the donations (individually or as a lump sum at the end of the month) and where are they paid (directly to an account or in a holding PP account). What information are you given about the donations? I ask partly because I hate this new system but also because I have contacted the charity I have been fundraising for to confirm they have received the donations and they seemed very unaware. They knew they had some PayPal funds but didn’t know what they were for or where they came from. I would like to know how to advise them if they are in the dark about the new system as well or is it that it is genuinely not very obvious.
