Blocked for Charity

Despite paying the fees for charity I am now blocked by the system for doing any more.

I did miss one payment but updated and was advised back to normal

Has any one else got the issue.

It could be to do with that. The help does state a restriction that "the account is kept in good standing" - and who knows what exactly that is defined as.

Perhaps if you explained a bit more what you mean by blocked. Does the charity section no longer appear? Or does it give you an error message if you try and switch it on? Is it the same for any charity? I know specific charities can block listings that they don't agree with.

when creating an list, headset in this case, i click the charity button and it blocks me

Contact eBay Customer Services,  their lines have just opened, and if you try now,  there's more chance of Dublin answering,  hopefully they can help with the issue here.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Weekends lines open between 9 a.m. to 6p.m.

There is no email address  for eBay to answer these issues,  so not sure where yours went to,  but it won't reach eBay.

The only way is through the link I provided above and via a Call Back option.
