Buyer not turning up

Hi all, on Thursday I accepted an offer on my car with payment on collection agreed. So far the buyer has changed the collection time/date 4 times. His feedback is 100% but I then noticed someone else who sold a car to the same person  and he never turned up to collect the car and instead of leaving negative feedback they left the complaint as positive.

i see on eBay help I need to leave it 4 calendar days before I can cancel.

So frustrating.

After 4 full days you cancel with - buyer did not pay - they get an unpaid strike and you get your selling fees back, out them on your blocked list.

 Leaving false positives for buyers is serious feedback abuse that can damage a sellers account.

Thank you for the reply, feeling low after a bereavement so of course added agro makes things worse.
