Unusable ebay app

For the last few weeks i have been unable to use the ebay app each time i am meet with the message that I need to update, to date I have been installing and uninstalling this useless app to be meet with the same message regardless. 

so I'm forced to use my p c instead of the app which is a total pain is there any chance customer service can get in touch with regards to the matter

I had this message from ebay the other day regarding the app, Android 10 or above is needed to use the app now.

Unfortunately they are probably just going to tell you your choices are using the browser version as you are now or upgrade your phone.
