I bought a new phone and ebay app does not work anymore

 I do not understand, why but it seems ebay has updated his app so many times so newer version of it seems not to be downloadable ...

What can I do here?

You should be able to access ebay using the phone's browser.

On Android devices, you need to be running the operating system Android 10 at least. If its an OS below that, the ebay app doesn't work.

You should first see if you can upgrade the OS your phone is running which can normally be done in Settings on your phone.

Beyond that - you'll need to access the site via an Internet browser.

If your phone is new, it should run a software that supports the latest app version. Could you please confirm the model of the device and its current software version? Also, it looks like the play store could be in the German region, if you are based in the UK, you can try updating your play store settings to the UK and that might help as well.
