Ebay app not allowing offers to be sent

I apologise in advance if this is going in the wrong place.

Has anyone else noticed that the Ebay app isn't allowing offers to be sent? Or is it just me? When I attempt to send one it just says "1 offer not sent" with a red circle next to it. Yet when I log on desktop it works fine. I did notice it had updated the app 2 days ago, so I am presuming its a faulty update on certain phones.

I've been having this issue too. I have to log on to the laptop to send offers. Not sure if it's because the app needs to be updated to solve it.

It is good to know it is not only me. The app was only updated 2 days back. If enough of us say something they will hopefully resolve it for us. Makes it all a bit slow to have to keep logging on to the desk top just to send an offer out.

From the various reports it seems it might be the update that's the problem.
