Hi there,
I’m using iphone 16 plus with iOS 18.5.
seems like the app has a problem. When I open the app nothing happens or loads up. I can see the taps but they don’t work.I can’t login neither but I am able to use it on browser.

So, you are not getting an error, is it? Are you getting blank screen or the app just not responding?
You said you have the 18.5 version on your iPhone, the latest 18 version at the moment is 18.7 and the latest software available in general is 26. So, I would strongly suggest updating your iPhone software, and try again. If that doesn't work, please confirm which version yo updated to, the eBay app version you have, and send us a screenshot of the full software version numbers you current have installed, and the blank screen or the screen that is not responding, and we will take a further look for you.

Still not working.
the error is saying something went wrong when I try to sign in to my account and when I try to reset password it goes around and around and doesn’t load up
