eBay in partnership with Social Enterprise UK and The World Fair Trade Organisation have launched a new programme, called eBay for Change. This programme has been designed to accelerate the growth of the social enterprise sector in the UK—this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for social enterprises looking to grow their business online, and their social impact.

eBay for Change is a 12 month programme which offers an in-depth package of support, including zero fees, one-to-one digital skills training and a significant marketing investment to bring buyers to your business which will be housed on ebay.co.uk on the eBay for Change hub.

eBay for Change was launched in May last year and we now have almost 100 social enterprises selling on eBay.co.uk. We’re now  looking to bring 400 more social enterprises onto the programme this year to support our goal to become the go-to destination for social enterprise ecommerce.

There will be 2 programme intakes this year, the first starting in May and the second in September—applications for both intakes are now open. The application deadline for the May intake is 27th April.

What's next? If you’re interested in finding out more about the programme and applying for either in take please reach out to pressoffice@ebay.com.

We have now extended the deadline for applications to accommodate more Social Enterprises until the 2nd of May.
