probably final value fees for this:-

Yamaha Arius YPD-142 SUPERB DIGITAL PIANO (used)

to check go to

my ebay >>> account tab >>> seller account

Keyboard sounds like the answer, why didn't you look at your invoice, the fees all are detailed. Sold for £400 10% is £40 but sometimes it is not exact.

By "you were charged" do you mean that you received an email asking for this payment? If so, it sounds fake as ebay.uk isn't a valid eBay email address.

If the money was taken from the funding source you registered for payment of selling fees, start by getting an itemised breakdown of your invoice here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/invoice-display.html.

Check this against eBay's published fees, see: http://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/private/what-fees-youll-pay

If you still don't understand the charge, let us know what it's for and someone here will try to help you.

Hi, could it be something to do with that keyboard you sold on ebay back in June by any chance?
