A seller has 35 feedback comments as it appears that this person often wins an item, won't pay for it and neither do they provide any communication to explain why.
Why has this person not had their account suspended??
If sellers did things correctly non payers would soon be stopped from buying.
You open unpaid case 2 - 30 days after sale end, close 4 days later, buyer gets unpaid strike, 2 strikes in 12 months can stop them buying as long as sellers set blocks correctly.
