Twice in a month I have had two positive feedback comments with negative comments. Oviously weren't intended for me as had not had any communication from the buyer and after contact they said they were happy and didn't leave rude remarks. How has this happened and how can it be remedied? It's very disconcerting!
If they have left the feedback by accident they will have to contact ebay and explain this, and ask for it's removal.
They can contact ebay by going to Policies at the bottom of any page, scroll right down to the bottom of this page, till they find the 'ask for call back' icon, or ebay 'live chat'.
You could try doing this yourself as it is a violation to leave a negative comment on a green dot.
Unless your buyer contacts eBay to explain their mistake, it won't be removed.
When a seller leaves negative comments that contradict positive feedback for a buyer, eBay will remove it at the buyer's request.
When a buyer leaves negative comments that contradict positive feedback for a seller, eBay will not remove it at the seller's request.
EBay has never treated buyers and sellers equally.
