Negative Feedback Removal

A recent buyer has refused to pay for the item they won in an auction, sending racist and abusive messages to me (I made no response to any of these), quickly followed by placing negative feedback falsely claiming to not have received the item or a refund - quite clever since they have not paid.  Their problem seems to be the GSP shipping charge and they are venting their rage against me.  I am aUK seller and the buyer is in Eire.

 

If the buyer did not want the item - they just had to ask rather than behave the in the poor way they have.

 

How can I get the negatve feedback removed as it is a blatent lie and extremely unfair?

In addition to the advice you have already been given with regards to this matter, make sure that you add this ignorant idiot to your Blocked Bidders List so that he/she cannot purchase anything else from you in the future and cause you any further problems.
