Made a request about an item not received, did not take an action & closed. Do I loose my money?

Hello.
I have opened a case about an item I have not received.
I did not take any action and the case closed.
Does that mean I loose my money?

When opening any case with ebay, they always give full instructions what to do. They can't do it for you. If you fail to escalate then it is assumd that problem is solved.
Read the Paypal instructions as if you fail to escalate within 20 days, then you have lost your money.
