Made a request about an item not received, did not take an action & closed. Do I loose my money?

I have opened a case about an item I have not received.

I did not take any action and the case closed.

Does that mean I loose my money?

You still have the option of opening a case in Paypal's resolution centre, up to 180 days from the date of sale.

Don't allow that one to time out.
