Keep all the messages ad if they leave a negative feedback ask ebay to look at the messages so they can see that you were asked to engrave obscene language. They should remove the neg.
You did right to block them. There is no reason why you should agree to their unreasonable request.
You can also block them from messaging you.
Go to Hekp and Contact >> Seller preferences >> Prevent blocked bidders from messaging me.
