I've had a message from 'eBay for Business' which may be a scam

I've had a message from 'eBay for Business' which says I need to register my VAT details with HMRC, even though I don't have a business account. The email is full of hyperlinks and the sender email <contact@forbusiness.ebay.com> looks dodgy. Is this a scam?

Forward the email to spoof@ebay.co.uk as an attachment and then delete it.

Suspicious email

1. Don't click any links in the email or open any attachments.
2. Forward the message to us as an attachment at spoof@ebay.co.uk.

We'll let you know that we received the email.
