Fraud seller on ebay decline offer on iPhone and text to accepted offer when pay by bank transfer

Please aware that do not pay this seller outside paypal if your offer got declaimed. they contact me and said will accept my offer out Sid eBay by bank transfer to save fees. Claim selling the iPhone mum. Sent licence and bank details to me ask me to pat in full. 

The goods never arrived and seller never reply and not picking up calls. reported to action fraud police .

Be aware not to deal with this seller outside paypal. Even she agree with your offer. I phone will never arrived and will be no reply when you payover back transfer outside paypal.
