Fraud seller on ebay decline offer on iPhone and text to accepted offer when pay by bank transfer

Please aware that do not pay this seller outside paypal if your offer got declaimed. they contact me and said will accept my offer out Sid eBay by bank transfer to save fees. Claim selling the iPhone mum. Sent licence and bank details to me ask me to pat in full. 

The goods never arrived and seller never reply and not picking up calls. reported to action fraud police .

Be aware not to deal with this seller outside paypal. Even she agree with your offer. I phone will never arrived and will be no reply when you payover back transfer outside paypal.

that's actually defrauding eBay of their fees and you willingly cooperated.

the seller showed themselves to be dishonest, so what did you expect?

It may not be what you want to hear, but you've only got yourself to blame for this mess.  If you had paid via PayPal then if the seller had failed to send you the phone you would have had the option of opening an eBay Item Not Received case in order to get your money back, escalating the case to eBay if necessary in order to force a refund.  In the event that the eBay case had gone against you you would still have had the option of opening an Item Not Received case via PayPal.  So long as you had escalated the PayPal case after two days but before the twenty day cut-off point you would have been able to get a 100% refund of the money that you paid to the seller.  Having handled things the way that you did you set yourself up for this problem and made it easy for the seller to screw you out of your hard-earned cash.  Neither eBay nor PayPal will want to help you now in relation to this transaction, so you can kiss the money goodbye.

Hi, i am warning people to be carful that is all, my bank is helping me. I am not seeking paypal. Still is fraud and i have reported to the police and gives out warning . Thanks for reading God bless
