I sent the item by StatePost.I have a tracking number.It shows that there is a delay from another country's StatePost (not mine).Long before the deadline, the buyer claims that the shipment is still missing and Ebay has ordered me to return his the money.But the shipment is in the Post of his country.In this way the buyer will receive the shipment (when it arrives), and his money back.This is unfair.I can't contact with Ebay for my point of view.What to do?
If a case of Not Received has been opened, you have 8 days before the buyer can ask ebay to step in, so you do not need to refund until say day 7, by which time tracking might show as delivered.
