4 years ago I had a lot of trouble with an underage buyer, I reported and blocked him, but I've just realised he is still on ebay and following my account.
I'm not happy about this. There's no good reason for him to be following my account. Why can't I block him?

you can't stop someone watching or following your account,
you can only stop them bidding on or buying your items
