major seller wont respond to attempts to communicate to enable purchase of their listed item.

how do you deal with a major motorcycle seller that wont respond to messages to buy a bike and when you call its press the usual buttons to get where you want,then just the usual all our agents are busy stuff and theres no end to that.2 hours later still waiting and still the same.How can they be allowed to sell on ebay.I will name and shame them tomorrow if still no luck.Id appreciate some input mon this issue as ive never come across it before.Sellers are normally keen to sell and dont hide away.cheers,  john

if the item is listed as an ordinary ebay listing you don't need to contact them, you can just 'buy' the item

if it is listed as a classified ad you can't expect them to answer within 2 hours!

you need to give them at least 24 hours to reply to messages

Of course I haven't seen their feedback, but I'd be a bit afraid of buying from anyone who lists a phone number but is always, "too busy" to answer it... makes me wonder if they are hiding from complainers who want their money back...

Might be on holiday or short staffed and has to prioritise ,can't do everything they would like to ?.
