eBay is a "club" and as sutch it,s membership should have a say in how it is run has anyone ever been invited to an AGM

because the Laws of the UK state if a club is a fee paying club it must have a "constitution and a committee that decides 

the way the club is run,an AGM with elected chairman. ebay used to be all for its members -but then got greedy- and now its  only

interest is how to make as much money as poss and no longer gives a dam about its "members"

Ebay is a private company that hosts a web platform for sellers to use to sell and buyers to use to buy.

Ebay has a board and shareholders like every private limited company.

It is not a club and the 'owners' are not going to invite the users to meetings.

Did you pay a membership ??  No neither did I or the the other eBayers so not sure why you would think that we ought to be invited to their meeting or else by the owners ??

It's a private Company with shareholders ( as has been stated ) and like ALL companies the same, have principles and morals of convenience...................that's for their convenience..........not yours.
