Sorry to disappoint & of course I can't speak for Tommy, I'd rather spend my money on a new car it gets me to & from work , the trout pout in all it's false glory is not a good look & just think of the expense of the lipstick you would need!. lol.

Err! Perhaps with respect you might have a little nose job & possibly a little eyebrow re shaping . Ooo & even a chemical peel, & A touch of Botox here & there, finish off with a new hairdo & makeup, but in all honesty not much else needs doing! lol.
