On a serious note though I think unless it's for cosmetic surgery for medical reason's these violations should be banned.  How on earth can it be acceptable to do this to anyone? It does defy belief. 

And the damn doctors or technicians (if they are in some cases) should be prosecuted for obviously knowing they are disfiguring so many.     Out with the dogs now.   See you later.

I was looking at that picture of the men, Just as horrific as the women!.
Brings a whole new meaning to the words pucker up, although looking at that lot I doubt very much if they could ,although they might be able to dribble a bit. lol.
