In the late 1970's Researchers belatedly discovered that condoms exposed to three months of Los Angeles smog, even though they were unopened, were virtually ineffective.  The smog had eaten holes in them large enough for nature to do what nature does best.

There are kids out there today who owe their very existence to foul air!!!!  And most of them aren't even politicians...
