Ebay has created the brand self destruct button due to the lack of or none existant human customer services are driving thousands of ebay followers away from its brand replacing CS with a dum ass robot which cant answer a simple question.
Try Amazon's non-existent customer service (sic) instead - as I seller there for over 20 years, I haven't bothered contacting them for a very long time and never will again. Every reply I got was inane drivel.
Requesting private sellers to provide Passport I.D \ Driving licence for me is a step to far, I ask you, would I give the milkman my Personal Details, Ebay is just a supplier and don't start me on that money laundering nonesense.
