Why do I always order from sellers that do not bother to post items until I get ebay involved ..then it turns up on my door step the next day by super fast delivery .

Probably coincidental. 

If they don't post it then you don't have to get eBay involved, you can just open a cancellation request. 

Often buyers are given unrealistic estimated delivery dates by eBay and then after the date is passed, they can open an item not described case. Then with it turning up the day after, that's just probably how it was always going to go regardless.

@rubyx90  you don't have to open a case immediately. If this keeps happening why not delay opening a case for a day or two longer? You get 30 days to open it.
