Questions are being raised regarding whether an employer should be allowed to refuse employment or dismiss an employee because of a tattoo, or whether this should be treated as discrimination as issues regarding age, gender or ethnicity would.
What dou you reckon?

You see them strutting around in their designer shorts and cropped tops, and from a distance you'd swear they were wearing lace tights underneath, with matching shoulder length gloves.

It's a woman and she has 4 kids. (wonder if they're little monsters?)
Seems she "suffered years of domestic abuse" and it looks like she took up that "style" to scare men off? The "horns" are Titanium implants.
It's life Jim, but not as WE know it.
Live long and prosper.

Reminds me of the guy in the shower who had "Ham" tattooed on his manhood. When asked by another guy why he had "Ham" tattooed on it, he said his girlfriend was a tattoo artist and she tattooed it on there; it was where he came from. Oh, said the inquisitive guy, you come from "Ham"..................no the guy said I come from "Hammersmith".

Even Surrey police seem to have accepted tattoos - saw two police officers a week or so back in short sleeves and both had full tattooed sleeves.
Would never employ anyone for a customer facing job who had visible tattoos. Far more people find tattoos off-putting than those who object to a lack of tattoos!

So why did you call the woman with tattoos THAT instead of her or she?

Personally it would depend on the job in hand, the type of tattoos and where they were located. Some people have been dismissed from jobs because they have had a visible tattoo done without taking into consideration their employer's employment policies; which have stipulated "No Visible Tattoos".
I don't like tattoos on the whole, though some are certainly more acceptable than others in my opinion. I guess I don't like things that are common; like 'Slag-Tags' across the small of the back which are now common as muck!
I can appreciate personal tattoos more, something related to family or self. Swallows on the neck or hands are just silly and portray those adorned as so!

Some peoples idea that certain things improve their looks, leads me to seriously believe that there is another inhabitable Planet in our Solar System and it's closer than we are being told.
