After being sent round in circles I pretended I was deaf in order to contact ebay and then finally after 3 months got back into my account. I found out that there had been orders I should have sent but didnt and then I got negative feedback which they unreasonably wouldnt remove. My percentage went down drastically and now its still down. I havent sold much in the last year. When will the percentage reset?
