I was taking a look at the Google App store searching for an App that will let me talk to my Samsung Galaxy Note and have it type out whatever I say. I came across this App .........

So let me get this straight.

You talk into a microphone and the device creates a text box showing everything that you said in the font of your choice. This text can then be sent as a SMS. Surely it would be quicker and easier just to phone them.

Thanks for that info .....it could be very useful for some people.

My mother has 2 hearing aids and it is virtually impossible to have a telephone conversation ...she relies heavily on text.

Such an app could be a wonderful aid for people in her situation ....fantastic...

My son's phone can do that, it also will ring any mumber he tells it, for example if he tells his phone to ring Mum it will ring me for him.

Very clever these phones and apps.

I wouldn't know where to begin so have a simpletons phone I can call, answer and text, that's it. lol.
