her ...and she faces up to 5 years in prison? or would that mean the usual SUSPENDED sentence?

I would give at least 10 years hard labour as an example to others. This attack could obviosly have been FATAL!

Reading the article I don't think she was alone, three men were with her.

I think I would think twice before intervening, sadly these days being attacked with a knife would be a real possibility. 

At least the video proves she attacked the poor man, so that person has helped to build a case against her for the Police.

Yes, and charged her too - Coral Millerchip, aged 19 from Attoxall Road, in Wyken. (you might be INfamous now Carol enjoy)

Yes It's a sad indictment on our society when A, a woman (not a girl) thinks it acceptable to carry out an unprovoked attack such as this and B, a 'bystander' couldn't help but felt it perfectly proper to film it on their phone prior to posting it online.
