Schools are starting to close early in my area.

one of our local schools where two of my children are at sent 4 members of staff home three are pregnant and one whos husband is poorly, i dont think the gov know what they are doing ,i understand where they are coming from trying to protect the elderly but they are putting younger people in more danger .There are quite a few parents who have taken there kids out of school but i dont know what i will do as the school does not know what it is doing yet either no advice from above.

Schools here in Stockton on tees closing Friday.

its a wonder the libraries aren't either, they've been saying they're staying open. There will be more staff then borrowers. No surprise there
